Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end financial reporting for commercial property portfolios including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses
- Monitor and ensure lease compliance across all properties, including rent collection, expense recoveries, and covenant adherence
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual portfolio financial reports with variance analysis and performance benchmarks
- Coordinate with property managers to gather financial data, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial transactions and lease documentation
- Assist in external audits and regulatory compliance reporting for commercial real estate assets
- Analyze portfolio performance metrics and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with CPA license preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in portfolio accounting or commercial real estate finance
- Proficiency in lease accounting standards (ASC 842, IFRS 16) and property accounting systems
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis
- Strong understanding of commercial property operations including leases, CAM charges, and property taxes
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners
