Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage daily POS office operations to achieve production targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales/marketing initiatives for the Tangerang region
- Recruit, train, and motivate sales teams to maximize performance
- Monitor KPIs and financial performance, implementing corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and stakeholder networks
- Oversee office budget management and resource allocation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in insurance/financial services management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and team leadership
- Strong analytical skills and market knowledge of Tangerang region
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with POS systems and insurance products
- Certification in insurance management or sales leadership (advantageous)
