Phoenix Resources International is actively seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Power Boiler Field Operator to join our operational team in Tarakan, Kalimantan Utara. As a Power Boiler Field Operator, your primary mission will be to operate and monitor complex boiler systems. You will conduct essential field inspections, manage equipment controls, and support stable, continuous plant operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate, monitor, and maintain high-pressure power boiler systems to ensure continuous and efficient steam generation.
- Conduct regular and detailed field inspections of boiler equipment, piping, valves, and related machinery.
- Adjust manual and automated controls to regulate boiler water levels, steam pressure, and fuel combustion.
- Record and log all operational data, including temperature, pressure, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and report mechanical issues or anomalies to prevent downtime and equipment failure.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and assist mechanical teams during equipment overhauls or repairs.
- Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate effectively with control room operators and shift supervisors to ensure seamless plant operations.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma, vocational school (SMK), or technical degree in a relevant engineering or industrial field.
- Proven experience as a Boiler Operator or in a similar industrial manufacturing role.
- Valid Boiler Operator Certification (SIO/K3) as required by local regulations.
- Strong understanding of boiler mechanics, thermodynamics, and pressure vessel operations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and operational blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to react swiftly and safely during emergency situations.
- Physically fit, willing to work in an outdoor/industrial environment, and available for shift work.
