We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented PPC Staff to join our growing team in Semarang. As a key member of our operations department, you will be entrusted with the critical task of preparing comprehensive production reports and performing in-depth analysis of plan versus actual results. In today's fast-paced manufacturing environment, accurate data is paramount; therefore, you will play a vital role in identifying discrepancies, forecasting trends, and proposing actionable solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Your work will directly impact our ability to meet production targets and optimize resource allocation. We are looking for a candidate who is not only proficient in data analysis but also possesses a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and smooth workflow between production planning and logistics execution.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and compile daily, weekly, and monthly production reports with high accuracy.
- Analyze plan versus actual results to identify variances and root causes.
- Coordinate with production supervisors to ensure timely and accurate data collection.
- Update production schedules and monitor progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate records of raw materials usage, inventory levels, and output.
- Generate variance reports and present findings to management for strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Production Planning and Control (PPC) or logistics.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
