Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor PPC staff team to design, execute, and optimize Master Production Schedule (MPS) for outsole production
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality teams to ensure material availability and production alignment
- Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions to maintain efficiency and meet targets
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards throughout the production cycle
- Prepare comprehensive production reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process enhancements and cost-saving measures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PPC leadership within manufacturing environment
- Proven expertise in Master Production Schedule (MPS) implementation and optimization
- Strong knowledge of outsole production processes and footwear manufacturing
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/MES systems and production planning software
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret production data and metrics
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma preferred
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English for cross-functional communication
