We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PPF Installer (Paint Protection Film Applicator) to join our growing team at PT X-Motors Internasional Group. As a premier automotive service provider, we are dedicated to delivering top-tier vehicle protection solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise application of Paint Protection Film (PPF) to protect clients' vehicles from scratches, chips, and UV damage.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precise measurement and cutting of Paint Protection Film (PPF) sheets based on vehicle specifications and dimensions.
- Apply PPF to various vehicle surfaces (hood, bumpers, mirrors, door handles, and side skirts) using heat guns and squeegees.
- Ensure flawless edge trimming and finishing to maintain a seamless appearance and prevent water entrapment.
- Inspect installed films immediately after application to identify and resolve any bubbles, wrinkles, or imperfections.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation, including thorough cleaning of the vehicle before and after the installation process.
- Operate and care for detailing tools, heat guns, and precision cutters safely and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining the benefits of PPF protection and educating clients on maintenance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as a PPF Installer, Auto Detailer, or in a similar automotive coating role.
- Strong knowledge of different PPF brands (e.g., 3M, XPEL, SunTek) and installation techniques.
- Excellent manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work with high precision.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive manual tasks throughout the workday.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to undergo company-specific training on safety protocols and advanced application methods.
