Join PT Hasil Abadi Perdana as a PPIC Coordinator and become the backbone of our manufacturing operations. In this critical role, you'll orchestrate production schedules to ensure seamless workflow, strategically manage material requirements to prevent bottlenecks, and maintain rigorous ISO/GMP compliance standards. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with purchasing teams to optimize procurement processes while continuously refining production efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement production schedules aligned with demand forecasts and capacity constraints
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material procurement with purchasing department
- Ensure compliance with ISO and GMP standards in all production processes
- Analyze production data to identify optimization opportunities and implement improvements
- Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize production downtime
- Prepare detailed production reports and performance metrics for management review
- Liaise with warehouse, quality assurance, and sales departments for integrated operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning and control in manufacturing
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and production planning software
- Certification in ISO/GMP compliance standards preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability
- Excellent communication and cross-departmental coordination abilities
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
