Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement production plans based on demand forecasts and inventory levels
- Monitor and optimize inventory management systems to minimize waste and reduce costs
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales departments to ensure smooth operations
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare regular reports on production performance, inventory turnover, and operational metrics
- Lead and mentor the PPIC team to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PPIC or production planning, preferably in F&B industry
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in inventory management software
- Excellent understanding of production processes and supply chain management
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, ERP systems)
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
