Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement end-to-end PPIC strategies supporting production and warehouse operations
- Monitor inventory levels to optimize stock availability and minimize holding costs
- Coordinate production planning with procurement, sales, and manufacturing teams
- Oversee warehouse control processes including receiving, storage, and distribution
- Analyze demand forecasts and production data to adjust supply chain activities
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in inventory and warehouse management
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and operational procedures
- Lead PPIC team members to achieve operational targets and KPIs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of PPIC or supply chain management experience in manufacturing/retail
- Expertise in inventory control systems and warehouse management practices
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex supply chain data
- Proven leadership experience in cross-functional team environments
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
