Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) department to align with corporate production goals.
- Develop and maintain accurate Master Production Schedules (MPS) and material requirements plans (MRP).
- Coordinate closely with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and manage inventory levels efficiently.
- Analyze production data, capacity utilization, and lead times to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Finance, to ensure accurate demand forecasting and order fulfillment.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of ERP systems to streamline PPIC processes and reporting.
- Manage manpower planning and resource allocation to meet production targets without compromising quality.
- Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and production efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in PPIC, Supply Chain Management, or Manufacturing Operations, preferably within the FMCG or Food & Beverage industry.
- Strong proficiency in production planning tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Result-oriented mindset with a strong focus on operational efficiency and cost reduction.
