Seeking an experienced PPIC Manager to oversee production planning and inventory control operations at JAVA.Co Indonesia. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you'll be responsible for optimizing production schedules, managing inventory levels, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments to meet production targets while maintaining cost efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and a proven track record of implementing effective inventory management systems.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement production planning strategies to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization
- Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control procedures
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales departments to ensure smooth operations
- Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Manage and lead the PPIC team, providing guidance and training as needed
- Prepare regular reports on production performance, inventory turnover, and supply chain metrics
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all PPIC activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PPIC or similar role in manufacturing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory optimization techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
