Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive production planning to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization
- Monitor inventory levels and implement JIT/kanban systems to minimize waste and carrying costs
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure material availability and schedule alignment
- Lead capacity planning, load balancing, and bottleneck resolution for manufacturing processes
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions
- Manage PPIC team performance through mentorship, training, and KPI monitoring
- Collaborate with quality control to address production issues and ensure product standards
- Prepare monthly reports on production metrics, inventory turnover, and supply chain performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PPIC roles within manufacturing environments
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in production scheduling and inventory optimization
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is highly desirable
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English
