- Calculate production material requirements and optimize inventory levels
- Analyze daily material consumption trends and adjust planning strategies
- Develop and implement daily production schedules to meet targets
- Monitor inventory turnover rates and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate cross-departmental planning for material procurement
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Generate performance reports for production efficiency metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years in PPIC or production planning role
- Expertise in ERP/MRP systems and inventory management
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation capabilities
- Experience in manufacturing/production environments
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and planning software
