Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement production planning schedules to meet customer demand and business objectives
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock control for raw materials and finished goods
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams for seamless workflow execution
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Prepare capacity planning reports and adjust schedules based on resource availability
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all planning activities
- Manage supplier relationships and procurement planning for manufacturing inputs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PPIC or production planning roles
- Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to operational metrics
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory management techniques
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities across departments
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines
