Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate the production planning process to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Analyze inventory data to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent shortages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production schedules with sales forecasts.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on production performance and inventory status.
- Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations in all logistics and production activities.
- Monitor supplier performance and manage procurement schedules as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar PPIC or Inventory Management role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with various departments.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a manufacturing setting.
- Fluency in Indonesian and basic English is preferred.
