Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement production planning schedules to optimize manufacturing output
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement to prevent stockouts or overstocking
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation using ERP systems
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely material delivery
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Prepare monthly reports on production performance and inventory metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in production planning or inventory control
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
