Master Mat Indonesia is seeking an experienced Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) professional to join our dynamic team in Surabaya. As a PPIC specialist, you'll be instrumental in optimizing our manufacturing operations by ensuring seamless production flow and inventory efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in planning, scheduling, and controlling production processes to meet customer demand while minimizing costs.
You'll collaborate closely with production, procurement, and sales teams to develop realistic production schedules, monitor inventory levels, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive production plans aligned with sales forecasts and inventory targets
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to prevent shortages and minimize carrying costs
- Coordinate with production departments to ensure efficient execution of production schedules
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Prepare and maintain production reports, inventory records, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams for material availability and distribution
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in production planning processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PPIC roles within manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and production planning software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production data and KPIs
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to operational details
- Experience in inventory management and demand forecasting techniques
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
