Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules with resource allocation milestones
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking
- Coordinate procurement activities with project timelines and budget constraints
- Analyze project progress data to forecast material requirements and adjust plans
- Implement inventory control systems using ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Prepare monthly reports on project status, inventory turnover, and cost variances
- Lead cross-functional meetings to resolve planning and inventory conflicts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of PPIC experience in construction or manufacturing
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera) and inventory systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex project data
- Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data modeling
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English for cross-team communication
