Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and optimize production planning schedules aligned with demand forecasts
- Monitor inventory levels across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
- Coordinate procurement and production to prevent stockouts/overstocking
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory control systems for frozen products
- Analyze inventory turnover rates and recommend efficiency improvements
- Generate weekly/monthly inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies
- Support annual inventory count and reconciliation processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 1-2 years experience in production planning or inventory control
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Understanding of frozen food supply chain requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental coordination
- Knowledge of inventory valuation methods (FIFO, LIFO)
