You will monitor raw material stock levels across warehouses, preventing costly stockouts while minimizing excess inventory. By compiling precise ordering schedules and analyzing consumption patterns, you'll optimize procurement cycles and maintain production continuity. Collaborate cross-functionally with production, logistics, and procurement teams to align material availability with production targets. Your expertise will drive cost efficiency through inventory optimization and accurate forecasting, directly supporting our commitment to operational excellence.

- Monitor and report raw material stock levels in warehouse facilities
- Compile data-driven ordering schedules for raw materials
- Analyze inventory consumption patterns and forecast material requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material deliveries
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems
- Optimize inventory turnover to reduce holding costs
- Collaborate with production teams to align material availability
- Implement inventory control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in PPIC or inventory management
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and inventory control methods
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced industrial environment
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles
