Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement production plans aligned with sales forecasts and inventory targets
- Monitor raw material availability and coordinate procurement to prevent production delays
- Anze inventory levels and optimize stock rotation to minimize waste and costs
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams for seamless operations
- Prepare weekly/monthly production reports and performance metrics
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions in production workflows
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in production planning or inventory control
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
