Join Hannochs Indonesia as a PPIC Staff and play a pivotal role in our supply chain operations. This position requires meticulous inventory management to ensure seamless product flow from production to delivery. You'll maintain optimal stock levels, coordinate with production teams, and implement efficient inventory control systems to minimize costs and prevent stockouts. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inventory levels and stock control for all outgoing shipments
- Coordinate production schedules with warehouse and logistics teams
- Prepare and maintain accurate inventory reports and documentation
- Monitor stock movements and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Optimize inventory turnover rates to reduce holding costs
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of materials
- Implement inventory control procedures to prevent losses
- Analyze inventory data to support operational efficiency improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PPIC or inventory management roles
- Proficiency in inventory management software (ERP/SAP)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of inventory control methodologies (FIFO, LIFO)
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
