Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement production planning schedules to meet customer demand
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock rotation to prevent shortages/overstocking
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams for material availability
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and efficiency opportunities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Prepare regular reports on production performance and inventory status
- Ensure compliance with quality control and safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in production planning or inventory control
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and cross-departmental collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
