Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and optimize production schedules to meet customer demand and company objectives
- Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
- Coordinate with various departments, including production, procurement, and logistics
- Ensure on-time production and delivery of products to customers
- Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement production strategies
- Monitor production performance and take corrective action when necessary
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning or inventory control
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in production planning software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
- Ability to work effectively in a team and across departments
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
