Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain accurate production plans based on demand forecasts and capacity constraints
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure material availability
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Coordinate with production departments to schedule and prioritize manufacturing activities
- Prepare and distribute PPIC reports including inventory status, production progress, and variance analysis
- Optimize inventory turnover through systematic stock control and cycle counting
- Collaborate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of finished goods to customers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PPIC, production planning, or inventory control
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel skills for data analysis
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and inventory management principles
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
