Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement production plans to optimize manufacturing output
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material procurement to prevent shortages
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and purchasing departments for smooth operations
- Prepare regular PPIC reports for management review and decision-making
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and inventory turnover rates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PPIC or manufacturing planning
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination abilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and inventory control methodologies
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
