Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain production plans to optimize capacity utilization and meet delivery targets
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to prevent stockouts or overstock situations
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve bottlenecks and minimize downtime
- Analyze production performance data and prepare regular progress reports for management
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely material availability for production schedules
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock records
- Make rapid decisions during production disruptions to maintain workflow continuity
- Continuously improve PPIC processes through data-driven analysis and feedback
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning or inventory control roles
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production data and metrics
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure during production emergencies
- Excellent decision-making capabilities with problem-solving mindset
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory optimization techniques
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental coordination
