Join Lung Cheong Brothers Industrial as our PPIC Staff and become a vital part of our manufacturing excellence team. We seek a detail-oriented professional to optimize production planning and inventory control processes across our operations. In this role, you'll bridge communication gaps between departments, mitigate operational risks through proactive analysis, and ensure seamless workflow coordination. You'll leverage strong negotiation skills to resolve supply chain challenges while maintaining inventory accuracy and production schedules. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive production plans aligned with demand forecasts and capacity constraints
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and optimize warehouse space utilization
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure material availability
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
- Conduct regular inventory audits and implement cycle counting procedures
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate delivery terms to minimize lead times
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on production performance and inventory metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PPIC or production planning roles
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication abilities
- Knowledge of inventory management methodologies (JIT, Kanban, etc.)
- Detail-oriented with ability to work under tight deadlines
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
