Join Mane Indonesia as a PPIC Staff and become an integral part of our manufacturing excellence team. In this dynamic role, you'll drive operational efficiency by coordinating production planning activities, ensuring seamless customer order fulfillment, and maintaining optimal inventory levels. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer demands into actionable production schedules while proactively identifying process improvements.
As a key player in our supply chain, you'll monitor inventory turnover, prepare detailed production reports, and maintain accurate documentation to support our lean manufacturing initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in ERP systems, demand forecasting, and logistics coordination within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and prioritize customer orders to create efficient production schedules
- Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory levels to prevent stockouts/overstock
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams for seamless operations
- Prepare and maintain production planning documentation and reports
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize carrying costs
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in production processes
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all planning activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in production planning or inventory control
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory management techniques
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
