Join Mitra Saruta Indonesia's dynamic manufacturing team as a PPIC Staff! You'll be instrumental in optimizing our production ecosystem by managing production planning, inventory control, and procurement coordination. This critical role ensures seamless operational efficiency across our manufacturing processes while maintaining cost-effective resource utilization. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive production plans aligned with sales forecasts and capacity constraints
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to prevent stockouts while minimizing carrying costs
- Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely availability of raw materials
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and reconciliation
- Collaborate with warehouse, production, and purchasing departments for operational alignment
- Generate performance reports on KPIs like inventory turnover, order fulfillment rates, and production efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PPIC or manufacturing operations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production and inventory data
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory optimization techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
