Join our client, a leading two-wheel automotive spare parts manufacturer in Sumedang, as a PPIC Supervisor. This pivotal role drives operational excellence by optimizing production workflows, resource allocation, and inventory management. You'll spearhead the Planning, Production, and Inventory Control (PPIC) function to ensure seamless manufacturing processes that meet quality standards and delivery deadlines. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, and quality teams to resolve bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strategic thinking in production scheduling, cost control expertise, and a commitment to lean manufacturing principles in a dynamic automotive environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute production schedules to optimize resource utilization and meet targets
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement to prevent shortages/overstock
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing delays and quality issues
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards
- Prepare monthly PPIC reports for management review and strategic planning
- Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize production downtime
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3+ years of PPIC or production planning experience in manufacturing
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience in automotive or spare parts manufacturing preferred
- Leadership experience with team management capabilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
