- Lead, mentor, and optimize the PPIC team's performance through strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and execute production schedules aligned with sales forecasts and inventory targets
- Implement inventory control systems to minimize carrying costs while preventing stockouts
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics departments to ensure operational alignment
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare monthly reports on inventory turnover, production efficiency, and cost optimization metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of PPIC experience in healthcare/medical manufacturing
- Proven track record in supervisory roles with team leadership achievements
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and production planning software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex operational data
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Management preferred
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
