Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor daily and weekly production schedules to meet customer demands and operational targets.
- Coordinate material requirements planning (MRP) to ensure uninterrupted production flow while minimizing inventory holding costs.
- Act as the primary liaison between local management and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, translating technical and operational requirements accurately.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to optimize inventory levels and prevent material shortages or overstock.
- Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and propose actionable solutions to improve overall operational efficiency.
- Supervise and mentor PPIC staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for inventory movements, production yields, and supply chain metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is strictly required to communicate effectively with overseas stakeholders and management.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Production Planning and Inventory Control within a manufacturing setting.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in using ERP/MRP software systems for inventory and production tracking.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
