Lung Cheong Brothers Industrial is seeking a dynamic and proactive PPMC (Process Plant Maintenance Coordinator) to join our growing team in Serang, Banten. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining high operational efficiency and ensuring that production processes run without interruption. Your daily operations will involve a mix of technical troubleshooting and logistics coordination. You will be the first line of defense in resolving bottlenecks, whether they are caused by the late arrival of raw materials or unexpected machinery breakdowns. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor production workflows in real-time to identify potential operational bottlenecks.
- Perform rapid technical troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve machinery failures.
- Coordinate closely with the logistics team to ensure the timely delivery and management of raw materials.
- Implement immediate corrective actions to halt production delays caused by external factors.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and submit detailed maintenance reports.
- Collaborate with engineering staff to optimize plant performance and safety standards.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools required for immediate repairs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical schematics or blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, sound decisions under pressure.
- Good command of English or Bahasa Indonesia for effective team communication.
- Valid Industrial Safety Certification (SBU) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing production demands.
