- Deliver exceptional, personalized luxury customer service to ensure a memorable shopping experience for every client.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique style stories and needs.
- Stay abreast of the latest fashion trends, product collections, and brand heritage to provide expert advice.
- Drive sales performance and achieve individual and team targets through proactive engagement and product knowledge.
- Maintain the pristine presentation of the boutique, including visual merchandising and stock organization.
- Cross-sell and upsell luxury accessories and complementary products to enhance the customer journey.
- Collaborate effectively with the store management team to implement strategies that boost customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail, fashion, or a client-facing role.
- A strong passion for fashion, style, and the Prada brand.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility for varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Professional appearance and a polished demeanor that aligns with the luxury brand image.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
