Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and finalize construction contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
- Monitor pre-construction schedules to ensure all documentation is completed by project milestones.
- Coordinate with legal, procurement, and project management teams to resolve contractual discrepancies.
- Maintain an organized digital repository of all project documents, permits, and compliance records.
- Facilitate the bidding and tendering process by preparing relevant documentation for contractors and suppliers.
- Track insurance requirements and performance bonds for all vendors.
- Report directly to stakeholders on the status of pre-construction workflows and potential bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in contract administration or project coordination within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction terminology, legal clauses, and tendering processes.
- Exceptional proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).
- Highly developed analytical skills with a sharp eye for contractual detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
