Offshore Business Processing is seeking a dedicated Pre-Construction Land Specialist to join our growing team in Ortigas, Metro Manila. In this critical role, you will manage all aspects of land sourcing, due diligence, and permitting to ensure seamless project initiation.
You will conduct comprehensive site evaluations, coordinate with government agencies for approvals, analyze zoning and regulatory requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess project feasibility. Your work will directly support our company's expansion and success in the construction sector.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough site assessments and feasibility studies for potential land acquisitions.
- Manage due diligence processes including title verification, surveys, and environmental reviews.
- Coordinate with local government units and regulatory agencies to secure necessary permits and clearances.
- Work with internal teams (design, finance, legal) to align project goals and timelines.
- Analyze market trends, property values, and zoning regulations to support acquisition strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on land development opportunities and risks.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of land laws, building codes, and compliance requirements.
- Assist in negotiation and documentation of land purchase agreements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in land acquisition, pre-construction, or property development.
- Strong understanding of Philippine land laws, taxation, and permitting procedures.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and GIS applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to conduct site visits and travel as required.
- Professional license (e.g., CE, REA) is an advantage.
