Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and understand the clinical workflows across various hospital departments, radiology units, and diagnostic centers.
- Translate complex operational and clinical requirements into clear, compelling product solutions.
- Conduct interactive product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, RFQs, and pricing strategies in collaboration with the sales team.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to address client feedback and customize solutions.
- Support the sales cycle by providing technical expertise and ensuring a smooth handover to the delivery team.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hospital management systems and diagnostic technology.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Pre Sales, Sales Engineering, or Account Management, preferably within the Healthcare or Medical IT sector.
- Strong understanding of hospital management systems (HIS), radiology workflows, and diagnostic center operations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel to client sites within the Jakarta Raya region as needed.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
