Speakly AI is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pre-sales Solutions Manager to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our advanced conversational AI platform and our enterprise clients, helping them solve complex business challenges through innovative technological integration.
As a key member of our remote-first team, you will lead technical discovery sessions, craft compelling value propositions, and demonstrate how Speakly AI transforms customer interactions into measurable business outcomes. We are looking for an expert communicator who can demystify AI architecture for non-technical stakeholders while maintaining technical authority with engineering teams.
Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify technical requirements for potential enterprise clients.
- Lead discovery workshops to understand client pain points and map them to Speakly AI platform capabilities.
- Design and deliver high-impact technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions.
- Develop technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and architectural documentation.
- Act as the primary technical voice for the client, providing feedback to the product development team based on market demand.
- Guide clients through the implementation roadmap, ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise ecosystems.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging AI trends and competitor positioning to maintain Speakly AI's market edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Pre-sales, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting, preferably within the SaaS or AI/ML domain.
- Proven track record of managing technical sales cycles and converting complex technical requirements into successful business solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both executive and technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with API integrations, CRM systems, and cloud infrastructure.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
