UTRACON is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Precast Surveyor Assistant to join our project team in Ulu Tiram, Johor. As a key member of our surveying unit, you will play a vital role in ensuring the precision and structural integrity of our precast components, contributing to projects that shape the modern skyline.
In this role, you will work alongside experienced professional surveyors and engineers, gaining hands-on exposure to advanced measurement techniques and site engineering practices. We are looking for an individual who is eager to learn, disciplined, and capable of working in a dynamic construction environment where accuracy is paramount. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Senior Surveyor in setting out points and levels for precast concrete installation on-site.
- Perform daily site measurements and maintain accurate records of survey data.
- Ensure that all precast elements are aligned according to approved structural drawings and specifications.
- Operate and maintain surveying equipment, including Total Stations, Auto Levels, and prisms.
- Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and documentation upon project completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor precast installation progress and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with the site production team to ensure efficient and safe material handling.
- Maintain compliance with all safety and quality assurance standards required by UTRACON and the project site.
Kualifikasi
- Certificate, Diploma in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided for those with a strong technical aptitude.
- Basic knowledge of surveying instruments (Total Station/Theodolite) is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural and construction drawings.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in an outdoor construction environment.
- A disciplined approach to work with a high level of attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in Malay and/or English.
- Possess a valid driving license and willingness to be based in Ulu Tiram, Johor.
