- Create and maintain personalized client communications including emails, follow-ups, and appointment reminders
- Organize and manage client data, inventory records, and sales documentation using CRM systems
- Coordinate client appointments and calendar management for styling team members
- Prepare daily sales reports and performance analytics for team leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless client experiences

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience, preferably in retail/fashion
