Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct property tours and presentations for prospective buyers and investors at The Velaris Residences.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in alignment with company targets and policies.
- Provide expert market insights and property valuation to clients to facilitate informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and participate in property showcases and promotional events.
- Monitor market trends in Pasig City and Metro Manila to identify new business opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Real Estate is preferred.
- Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in real estate or luxury retail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license (Real Estate Brokers or Salespersons) is an advantage.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for client visits.
- Deep knowledge of the Pasig City and Metro Manila real estate landscape.
