Arch Global Services is seeking a dedicated Premium Audit Analyst to join our growing team in Santa Ana. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our premium verification process, ensuring that financial data is accurate, compliant, and processed with high precision.
As a Premium Audit Analyst on our Night Shift team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health of our insurance portfolios. You will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of audit reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies, and providing actionable insights that drive business decisions. Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, organize, and interpret complex premium audit data from various sources.
- Perform meticulous scrubbing and validation of audit documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Process audit adjustments accurately within designated service level agreements (SLAs).
- Disseminate processed data and reports to relevant stakeholders and management teams.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in premium calculations, ensuring alignment with policy terms.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all audit activities for internal and external auditing requirements.
- Participate in team meetings to improve processing workflows and data accuracy standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in premium auditing, insurance operations, or financial data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data validation) and data management software.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume data sets while meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective reporting and collaboration.
- Ability to work the night shift in our Santa Ana office location.
