Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding premium cable services, internet connectivity, and TV troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues for customers with minimal downtime.
- Process account upgrades, plan changes, and billing inquiries accurately.
- Engage in proactive customer retention efforts to minimize churn.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
- Adhere to quality assurance standards and call scripts.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
- Knowledge of cable and internet technologies is an advantage.
