Tanggung Jawab
- Drive store revenue by proactively engaging with customers and identifying their unique needs.
- Provide expert product knowledge to guide customers through premium collections.
- Build and maintain a loyal client database to encourage repeat business and brand advocacy.
- Ensure the showroom reflects luxury standards through meticulous visual merchandising and store upkeep.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system while maintaining high service standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail, fashion, or high-end consumer goods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Professional grooming and an enthusiastic, positive attitude towards customer service.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- A good team player who is proactive and takes initiative in store operations.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage for our diverse clientele.
