Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver world-class customer service and personalized tea consultations to boutique visitors.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store-wide monthly sales targets through proactive engagement.
- Conduct professional tea tasting sessions and educate customers on brewing techniques and flavor profiles.
- Manage and maintain store visual merchandising to ensure the brand’s luxury image is upheld.
- Build and nurture a loyal customer database through effective CRM and follow-up strategies.
- Handle inventory management, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and reporting.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and manage daily store opening/closing procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to remain a subject matter expert.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or premium F&B environments.
- Excellent command of spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin or Malay is a significant advantage.
- A genuine passion for tea, lifestyle products, and the luxury consumer market.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with affluent clientele.
- Polished appearance and a professional demeanor consistent with a luxury brand.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record in meeting sales KPIs.
- Flexibility to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
