Tanggung Jawab
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer pain points and business requirements.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and presentations of AI, SaaS, and Gen AI solutions.
- Develop and deliver customized Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives to prove solution viability.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop winning strategies and technical responses for RFPs/RFIs.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing insights on market trends and competitor landscapes.
- Build and maintain long-term technical relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Support the post-sales transition by ensuring technical alignment between client needs and implementation success.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Presales, Technical Sales, or Solution Architecture role.
- Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and SaaS business models.
- Proven experience in presenting complex technical solutions to C-level or management-level audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a consultative mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative, high-growth sales environment.
