Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and align technical solutions
- Create detailed technical proposals and solution architecture documents
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position solutions effectively
- Provide technical expertise during sales cycles including RFP responses and solution design
- Partner with product development teams to gather technical requirements and feedback
- Train internal stakeholders on product capabilities and technical differentiators
- Travel to client sites for high-stakes presentations and solution workshops
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in presales, technical sales, or solution engineering roles
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand complex software/hardware solutions
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills with ability to simplify technical concepts
- Experience creating technical documentation and solution proposals
- Proficiency in presentation tools and technical demonstration platforms
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects
