Are you a technical expert with a passion for sales and client success? DES Information Technology is looking for a dynamic Presales Engineer to join our team in Makassar. In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between our cutting-edge technical solutions and our clients' business needs. You will be instrumental in driving the sales process by demonstrating the value of our IT infrastructure and software solutions, ensuring our proposals are not only technically sound but also strategically aligned with client objectives.

You will collaborate closely with the sales team to develop winning tender proposals, provide technical demonstrations, and act as a subject matter expert during the customer acquisition phase. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead technical presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients to showcase value propositions.
  • Design, architect, and propose scalable IT solutions based on identified client pain points and requirements.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation for tenders, RFPs, and project proposals.
  • Conduct proof-of-concept (PoC) testing to validate solution performance for key accounts.
  • Collaborate with the internal engineering team to ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales implementation.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Assist the sales team in identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling existing solutions.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Presales, Systems Engineering, or Technical Consultant role.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud solutions, or enterprise software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in preparing professional proposals and tender documentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
