Tanggung Jawab
- Lead technical presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and proposals.
- Analyze client requirements and design customized technical solutions that meet specific business objectives.
- Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) tests and provide technical support during the evaluation phase.
- Maintain deep knowledge of current and emerging technology trends and our product portfolio.
- Respond to RFI/RFP inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with technical stakeholders at client organizations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a presales, systems engineering, or technical account management role.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, or software solutions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking capabilities.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with clients.
